We welcome families who are seeking dedicated postpartum support following birth, regardless of where or with whom they gave birth even if they were not supported by Woven Wisdom prenatally .
Whether your baby was born at home, in a birth center, or in the hospital, our doulas step in to provide compassionate, skilled care during the early weeks of your family’s transition.
What Working Together Looks Like
Each woman arrives with a different story, a different culture, a different history, a different hope for how she wants to be supported. Whether this is your first child or your fifth, whether our backgrounds look similar or very different — I honor that your needs are your own.

I check in because I care. I think about you. I attune to how you are doing physically, emotionally, spiritually. I hold space for fear and uncertainty, and I celebrate your strength, your clarity, your becoming. I am invested in your agency and your confidence as you move through thresholds.
When it feels aligned, I welcome partners, mothers, sisters, and chosen support people into the process. I take time to understand your family’s rhythms, dynamics, communication patterns, and the ways you feel safest and most supported.
This is traditional care.
Birth work lived in villages, in homes, in community — where women showed up for one another because that was simply the way of life. No one wondered if they would be supported. They knew they would be.
That spirit lives in my work.
My scope of care and financial investment are shared transparently on my website so you can consider them thoughtfully. If we move forward, we discuss what feels sustainable and clear for both of us. Mutual commitment allows this work to remain steady, grounded, and wholehearted.
This work is not casual. It is layered. It is embodied. It is intertwined with my own life in a way that requires seasonality and intention. There are seasons when I am fully on call and devoted to a small number of families, and seasons when I step back to tend to my own restoration. This rhythm allows me to show up fully when I say yes.
To witness a woman through birth, loss, abortion, postpartum, or any profound threshold is an honor. It is ancestral work. It is lineage work. It is the way I tend and mend in this world.
I hold that responsibility with reverence and humility, knowing this calling is no small one
