About My Work

My work blends evidence-based birth support with ceremony, touch, nervous-system regulation, and emotional integration — grounded in ancestral wisdom, spiritual presence, traditional practices, Ayurveda, Folk and earth wisdom and deep remembering. I intentionally take a few families each season so that every birth receives my full presence.

I practice in seasons, not year-round, allowing me to offer grounded, fully resourced care during active birth seasons, and to step away during integration seasons for rest, study, and international training with traditional Midwives & medicine. This rhythm protects my body, my presence, and the integrity of the care I offer.

When we work together, you are not sharing me with too many others.
