Postpartum Bodywork

Postpartum Bodywork

Restorative care for the body, heart, and spirit.

My bodywork offerings are deeply nourishing, restorative, and sacred—especially created for mothers in their postpartum window, but available to anyone in need of grounded, intentional touch. I weave together ancient traditions and intuitive healing techniques to help your body return, remember, and rest. Whether you’ve just birthed or are years into motherhood, this work is here to hold you.

All sessions can be booked on their own or added to your Closing of the Bones Ceremony, prenatal or postpartum work with me for an extended healing experience in your home, my birth work space or sacred space.

Abhyanga: Ayurvedic Warm Oil Massage

This is the heart of my hands-on work.

A deeply grounding, full-body massage rooted in the ancient tradition of Ayurveda, Abhyanga is designed to calm the nervous system, restore vitality, and bring harmony to your physical and energetic body. I use warmed, herb-infused oils and intentional rhythmic strokes that align with your dosha and postpartum needs.

This ritual isn’t just massage—it is medicine.

It relieves tension, reduces anxiety, improves circulation, nourishes the skin and joints, supports digestion, and brings the body-mind-spirit into balance. Especially powerful for postpartum mothers, Abhyanga helps you return to yourself in a way that is slow, loving, and deeply sacred.

Ideal for:

• Mothers in the 4th trimester (0–12 weeks postpartum)

• Cesarean or vaginal birth recovery (modified as needed)

• Soothing anxiety, fatigue, and hormonal shifts

• Rebuilding strength, circulation, and emotional balance

Includes:

• Warm Ayurvedic oil massage from head to toe

• Gentle abdominal massage (optional, based on comfort)

• Space to rest and be held with intention and care

Please note: Postpartum sessions are tailored to your unique healing process. Whether you’re days or months postpartum, this offering meets you exactly where you are.

I offer in home tending from 0-6 weeks postpartum and in office tending from 6 weeks +

Abhyanga for your Baby or Little

Ayurvedic baby | little massage is a beautiful extension of mother care—supporting your baby’s growth, digestion, sleep, and emotional regulation through gentle, rhythmic touch. Using warm herbal oils suited for their delicate constitution, I offer tender, intentional strokes that nourish baby’s skin and help strengthen their nervous and immune systems.

This massage is especially helpful for colic, constipation, fussiness, or transitions such as sleep changes or developmental leaps.

It’s also a bonding ritual—a time to slow down and connect.

You are welcome to receive the massage for your baby or learn how to give it yourself, guided by me.

Belly Binding ( coming soon )

A gentle yet effective practice to support the abdominal area after birth, belly binding promotes healing, realignment, and a sense of containment in the body. I offer traditional wrapping using soft cloth and warm hands, helping your body feel safe and supported as it re-integrates post-birth.

This can be added after Abhyanga or Closing of the Bones for a deeply held finish.

Reiki + Womb Reiki

My Reiki sessions are spirit-led and intuitively guided. I channel energy through the hands to gently support your emotional, spiritual, and energetic healing. Whether postpartum or pregnant, Reiki can help you release tension, connect with your baby, and feel more aligned in your sacred body.

Womb Reiki is my favorite—used to clear, activate, and nourish the energetic center of creation. This work is especially supportive for postpartum cleansing, fertility preparation, or birth integration. Reiki may be added to any massage or bodywork session.

Each session is tailored to your unique needs. You are not just receiving a treatment—you are being cared for, deeply and wholly.

Let your body be honored. Let your nervous system exhale.

Let yourself be held.
