H.E.R.

Hold · Exchange · Resource

A private 90-minute conversation for women somewhere along the path to motherhood, in motherhood or in the spiral path of the womanhood continuum.

H.E.R.

Hold · Exchange · Resource

To hold space for a woman.

To exchange wisdom, experience, education, questions, and knowing.

To resource her with what may genuinely support her next steps…

..for women navigating womanhood, fertility, pregnancy, motherhood, postpartum & all other sacred thresholds.

H.E.R. is a 90 minute private conversation ..

…A space to pause, for the woman who has a question, a transition, a longing, or simply a feeling that there must be more.

We gather the pieces of what you’ve been experiencing and begin to see the larger picture.

You leave with a personalized pathway forward—a tangible gathering of what we discovered together: practices, nourishment, resources, questions to bring forward, practitioners to explore, and next steps that make sense for your body and your season.

Because the wisdom isn’t all outside of you.

Some of it has been carried in women’s bodies for generations.

And some of it may be waiting for you to become quiet enough to hear.

So— Come sit for a while.

& If you feel like one is not enough after your initial conversation .. join the community→ A Woman to Return To

Sometimes one conversation is enough to find your way.

And sometimes you feel the desire to keep walking together.

A Woman to Return To is for that.

An ongoing relationship for the woman who wants someone who knows her story. Someone she can come back to as her body changes, the seasons turn, and life asks something new of her.

We meet monthly for one private 60-minute gathering — $100 / Month

  • You might come because you’re preparing for pregnancy and stay through conception.

  • You might meet me in pregnancy and continue into postpartum.

  • You might come through loss, find your footing, and return when you’re ready for another threshold.

  • Or you might simply want a woman to return to when a question arises.

This is the closest form of ongoing one-to-one care I offer outside of birth and postpartum doula work.

A woman to return to.

A place to be known.

A relationship that can change shape as you do.

Have you ever wished you could just sit with a woman who has been listening to women for a very long time?

Not because something is wrong… Because something is changing…

  • Your cycle feels different.

  • Your body feels different.

  • You are thinking about becoming a mother.

  • You are already carrying a baby and wondering how to prepare for the birth of more than just your baby.

  • You are approaching postpartum and wondering who will care for you.

  • You are moving through loss.

  • You are tired.

  • You are curious.

Something in you is asking a question you don’t quite know how to put into words.

And you don’t necessarily need another test.

You don’t necessarily need another app telling you when to ovulate.

You don’t necessarily need the newest prenatal, another reformer class, another supplement protocol, or another woman on the internet telling you how to optimize yourself.

Maybe what you need is to come back to the beginning.

To your body.

To the seasons.

To food that is grown where you live and eaten when your body is asking for it.

To warmth when you are depleted.

To rest when your body is asking you to slow down.

To movement that feels like nourishment rather than punishment.

To herbs, spices, oils, touch, breath, ritual, rhythm, and relationship.

To the understanding that a woman’s body was never meant to live in opposition to the natural world.

There is an older way of knowing.

Long before pregnancy became an appointment on a calendar, women knew how to prepare for motherhood.

Long before postpartum was a six-week checkup, women knew that a mother needed to be fed, warmed, held, touched, listened to, and protected while she became someone new.

Long before we had cycle-tracking apps, women watched the moon, the seasons, their bleeding, their appetite, their energy, their dreams, their breasts, their digestion, their desire.

They knew that winter asked something different of the body than summer.

They knew that a woman who had given birth needed different nourishment than a woman preparing to conceive.

They knew that grief changed the body. They knew that food could be medicine. They knew the power of a pair of hands.

They knew when a woman needed to be encouraged forward—and when she needed permission to stop.

And they knew something we are only beginning to remember:

A woman’s body does not need to be optimized into submission.

It needs to be listened to.

This is an invitation to listen.

You can come here with your fertility questions.

Your pregnancy questions.

Your postpartum questions.

Your Questions about your experience being a woman

Your questions about hormones, nourishment, bleeding, energy, digestion, pelvic health, loss, sexuality, emotional wellbeing, or the strange thing happening in your body that you haven’t been able to explain.

But we won’t begin with a checklist.

We’ll begin with you.

Where are you in your life?

What season are you in?

What season is your body in?

What are you eating?

How are you sleeping?

What are you carrying?

What has changed?

What are you longing for?

What does your body seem to be asking for?

And then we listen.

We gather the threads.

We draw from ancestral traditions, Ayurvedic principles, traditional women’s care, modern knowledge, evidence based wisdom and the practitioners and resources available to you now.

Not because one way of knowing has all the answers.

Because wisdom becomes richer when we remember that there is more than one way to understand a woman.

Sometimes that means learning how to nourish yourself differently.

Sometimes it means slowing down.

Sometimes it means changing the way you move.

Sometimes it means herbs, food, warmth, oil, touch, rest, or ritual.

Sometimes it means finding the right midwife, acupuncturist, pelvic floor practitioner, therapist, nutritionist, physician, or other skilled practitioner.

And sometimes it means bringing a question back to your medical care team with a little more clarity about what you are asking for.

There is room for all of it.

You don’t have to become better at being a woman.

You don’t need the perfect prenatal.

You don’t need to exercise every day.

You don’t need to eat perfectly.

You don’t need to track every hormone.

You don’t need to become an expert in your own body before you are allowed to trust it.

You need relationship.

Relationship with your body.

With food.

With rest.

With movement.

With the seasons.

With other women.

With the people who know how to care for you. And, perhaps most importantly, with yourself.
